Purpose of award: To support students who follow the spirit of ASM International.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be student members of ASM International, major in metallurgy or materials science engineering and be juniors or seniors at a North American university that has a bachelor's degree program in science and engineering. Applications, personal statements, transcripts, two recommendation forms, photographs and financial aid officers' contact information are required. The award is based on academics, interest in the metallurgy/materials engineering field, character and financial need. The award is for one year of full tuition up to $10,000.
