Purpose of award: To provide support to children of U.S. Armed Forces members.
Eligibility requirements: One of applicants' parents must have served in the U.S. Armed Forces during an eligible period. Applicants must attend a California college or university, be California resident high school seniors or graduates who have not begun college because of illness or need and demonstrate need.

Amount: $2,000.
