Purpose of award: To assist outstanding Ohio high school students.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be Ohio high school seniors who plan to attend an accredited U.S. undergraduate college or university. This award is given to at least one student in each of Ohio's congressional districts. Selection is based on academic achievement and participation in leadership activities.
