Purpose of award: To assist outstanding Pennsylvania high school students.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be high school seniors, Pennsylvania residents, accepted for enrollment at an eligible institution of higher education and U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Applicants must also rank in the top 5 percent of their class, have a minimum 3.5 GPA and have a minimum SAT score of 1150, ACT score of 25 or GED score of 355.
