Purpose of award: To promote excellence in the insurance industry by helping in the education of its employees.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have been employed in the industry for at least three years, must be NAIW member for a minimum of three years, must have the CPIW/M designation, demonstrated active involvement in NAIW leadership activities, and engaged in a course of study designed to improve knowledge and skills in performing employment responsibilities.
