Purpose of award: To assist outstanding South Dakota high school students.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be South Dakota high school seniors who plan to attend full-time an eligible institution of higher education, meet course requirements, have a minimum 3.5 GPA and have a minimum ACT score of 24.
