Purpose of award: To support Rhode Island students who are pursuing careers in art education.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must demonstrate an interest in learning about and practicing art. Preference will be given to visual artists. Students must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a master's or doctoral program that will lead to a career in art education
Target applicant: Graduate school students
Adult students
Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $2,000-$10,000.
Number of awards: 8-10. Scholarship may be renewable.
Deadline: May 16.
